Account Data Deletion
At CXI Software, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use Simple Store, you can request to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted.
How to Request Deletion
You can delete your data in one of the following ways:
- In-App: Go to Account Settings → Delete Account inside the Simple Store app.
- Email Request: Send us an email at support@cxi.mk with the subject line “Delete My Account” using the email address linked to your account.
What Happens Next
- Your account and all associated records (inventory, invoices, financial data) will be permanently removed from our systems.
- This process is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- We will confirm via email once your request has been processed.
